OPC is seeking DBE firms who provide acquisition or appraisal. The City of Highland needs to acquire up to 40 Temporary Construction Easements (TCEs) for the construction of new curb and gutters, sidewalks and drive approaches for two federally funded safe routes to school projects. The TCEs are needed to allow City's contractor to enter the private properties to construction various improvements associated with this kind of projects, such as, construction of drive approaches and match up with existing driveways; construction/relocation of fences and gates; reconstruction of disturbed irrigation systems, landscapes and hardscapes; replacement of turfs, etc.
