Burdick Excavating Co. Inc is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to the following: Asphalt Concrete; Concrete Subcontractors; Construction Material Suppliers; Erosion Control - Temp BMPs; Precast Concrete Materials; Revegetation/Perm. ; Traffic Control; Guardrails.

The Work to be performed includes tree removal, slide debris removal including fallen trees, culvert excavation, removal of an existing 12" corrugated metal pipe under Starkes Grade Road, installation of a new 18" reinforced concrete pipe and new Circular Concrete Pipe Inlets and 4" subdrains, install rock slope protection, roadway excavation, structure excavation, installation of gabion type MSE retaining wall, structure backfill, placement of Midwest Guardrail System and alternate terminal system, placement of a new structural section, asphalt dike, asphalt paving, and striping work. The roadway will be closed for the duration of this Project with a detour in place. Other items or details not mentioned above, that are required by the Contract Plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions must be performed, constructed or installed.
