REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – Apple Valley Apartments, Santa Rosa, CA. Project is subject to Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages. MBE, WBE & SECTION 3 SUCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE. JOB WALK #2 Thursday, December 14th at 7:30 AM at project site: 2866 Apple Valley Lane. Scope of work: Remove existing roof and replace with new composition shingles roof and gutters at all buildings. Remove siding, insulation, waterproofing, and windows at buildings 2862, 2866, and 2870. Install new insulation at buildings 2862, 2866, and 2870. Install new cementitious lap siding at buildings 2862, 2866, and 2870. Install new windows and sliding glass doors at buildings 2862, 2866, and 2870. Paint all new siding at buildings 2862, 2866, 2870. Remove and replace concrete pathway in front of buildings 2862 and 2870. Please let me know if you have any questions.
