Project consist of preparing and implementing water pollution control plan; designing, installing, maintaining and removing, sheetpile cofferdam and de-watering system; excavating, removing, hauling and transporting excavated materials; furnishing, placing and compacting Class 2 aggregate base; furnishing and installing rock riprap slope protection, chain link fence and gate, tide gate bridge railing; clearing and grubbing; furnishing and installing erosion control fabric and hydroseeding; furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, mechanical workmanship, transportation, services and all miscellaneous work necessary to complete the project.
