The Project is proposed to be a 14-story convention center totaling approximately 1,400,000 gross sq ft, with associated plaza and sitework, parking garage, and off-site improvements. American Bridge Construction is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified Diverse Business firms for all items of work, including but not limited to:
1. Temporary Traffic Control; 2. Structural Steel Fabrication; 3. Structural Steel Erection; 4. Structural Bolting and Anchor Supply; 5. Temporary Shoring; 6. Metal Decking; 7. Metal Stairs; 8. Construction Equipment Rental; 9. Construction Engineering; 10. Steel Fabrication Detailing; 11. Quality Assurance and Quality Control; 12. Survey
13. Hauling; 14. Scheduling; 15. Job Site Management; 16. Temporary Electric Power; 17. Acoustical treatment; 18. Photoluminsecent tape; 19. Temporary Traffic Screen; 20. Job Site Management
21. Office/warehouse rental

Requirements: American Bridge Construction is a union signatory contractor. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance coverage and worker’s compensation for the entire length of the contract. All subcontractors will be required to sign our standard Subcontract Agreement. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
