ALL qualified subcontractors and suppliers including MBE, WBE, DBE, VOSB, SDVOSB, SDBE, UDBE, SMBE and Hub Zone.
Interested parties are invited to submit bids for the Terminal 1 CB-3 and CB-4 Concourse Modernization.

Description of Work- The scope of work consists of new interior finish and material upgrades at Cluster Buildings 3 and 4 at McCarran International Airport. The work includes asbestos abatement, demolition as required for improvements, new ceilings, lighting and Wireless access points, new terrazzo flooring at the north and south concourse and CB-3 and CB-4. New carpeting will be installed at several Hold Rooms. New ceiling hung Flight Information Displays (FIDS) and signage will be constructed in CB-3 and CB-4. Electrical floor boxes will be installed in CB-2, CB-3 and CB-4 along with new gate podiums and Gate Information Display monitors that are ceiling hung. The work includes new terrazzo flooring for restrooms in CB-2 and CB-4 and other auxiliary areas as well as converting an existing tenant space to a Gaming Lounge with electrical/Data improvements. On the second level of the Esplanade the existing FIDS Trees will be removed and replaced with ceiling hung FIDS. The existing Information Booth will be removed and replaced with new millwork and new way finding monitors as well as other general improvements.

Bids are required for: Div 2 Demolition, Asbestos Abatement; Div 5, Structural and Misc Steel; Div 6 Finish Carpentry, Casework and Solid Surfaces; Div 7 Building Insulation and Spray-Applied Fireproofing; Div 8 Aluminum, Glass and Glazing; Div 9 Framing and Gypsum Board, Terrazzo, Acoustic and Metal Ceilings, Carpet and Resilient Flooring, and Painting; Div 10 Toilet Partitions, Wall Protection, Signage, Fire Protection Specialties; Div 13 Fire Suppression Systems; Div 15, Plumbing and HVAC; Div 16 Electrical.

Prevailing Rage Rates for Public Works, State of Nevada as published by the Office of the Labor Commissioner will be required.
