Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (District)

Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBE

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from qualified entities to provide real estate property management services for approximately 38,000 square feet of office space located at 777 12th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, parcel #002-0162-020-0000. In general, the Property Manager selected as a result of this process will provide rent collection, tenant relations, tenant move in/out, inspection, maintenance and repair, financial services, establishment and management of contracts with vendors for custodial, parking, HVAC, landscaping and other building operating services and work cooperatively with District staff to manage the property referenced in the section below. Property Manager, at the option of the District, may be asked to provide leasing and/or project management, e.g. tenant / major capital improvement services. Please see Attachment #1, “Scope of Services” in the RFP for additional information.

All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using Public Purchase by: 5:00 p.m. PST on Monday, September, 18, 2017. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase to submit a proposal.

The Site Walkthrough/Bidder’s Conference will be on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. PST in the District Office, 777 12th Street, 3rd Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.
