R & R Horn, Inc. is requesting quotes for Caltrans Project 02-2H9304 to replace Asphalt Concrete Surfacing with a paving fabric interlayer located in Tehama County near Los Molinos, CA. The work includes but is not limited to: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, JOB SITE MANAGEMENT, PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM, REPLACE ASPHALT CONCRETE SURFACING, ASPHALT BINDER (GEOSYNTHETIC PAVEMENT INTERLAYER), GEOSYNTHETIC PAVEMENT INTERLAYER (PAVING FABRIC), MAINTAINING EXISTING TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ELEMENTS DURING CONSTRUCTION, Trucking, material supply, grinding, and other construction activities.
