Subcontracting and supplier opportunities include, but are not limited to: Paving, Site Excavation, SOE, Slurry Shaft ,On-Off Trucking, Muck Hauler/Disposal, Landscaping, Fencing, Traffic Control, Security Guards and Service, Janitorial Services, Geotechnical Services, Electrical Construction, Vibration Monitoring, Concrete Flatwork, Pre-post Construction Surveys, Photography, Concrete Structures, Concrete, Site Utilities Install/Remove, Drill & Shoot, Misc. Metals, Mechanical, Reinforcing Steel Furnish/Install, and other material suppliers.

We welcome all quotes from qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), Small Business Enterprises (SBE), and any other entities defined as socially and/or economically disadvantaged. Per the MSD contract specifications (Volume 1 Interim Supplier Diversity Policy and Guidelines) they will accept certification from the following agencies and their regional affiliate offices:
National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)
National Women Business Owner’s Council (NWBOC)
Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Program (U.S. SBA 8(a))
In addition all Subcontractors, Suppliers, Service and Equipment Providers must be certified and approved by the MSD Supplier Diversity Office as an M/WBE prior to the bid opening.
