New Ground Up Community Building to include common areas, exercise room, computer room, kitchen, and offices.
Scope:
- Site demolition of asphalt, concrete curbs, existing play structure, and sidewalks.
- Underground utilities include sewer hook connection and domestic water hook supply.
- Perimeter foundation with slab on grade.
- All new irrigation and planting
- Site concrete consist of curbs, walks, patios.
- Wood frame structure.
- Structural Steel Awnings.
- Plaster exterior.
- Hardie Reveal Exterior.
- Single ply roofing, and standing seam roofing.
- Aluminum windows.
- Interior doors, timely frames, and glazing.
- full build out of the interior including flooring, trim, cabinets, toilet accessories, etc.
- Full HVAC system
- Electrical including overhead power drop to building.
- Site furnishing to include benches, tables, and play structures.
- Play ground surfacing.
