Project Details
Construction of new Multi-Purpose Building and Administration Building. D.L. Falk Construction would like to invite and encouraged all certified DVBE firms to participate to bid on this project. Scope of works includes concrete, rebars, metal studs & drywall, structural steel , roofing, doors & windows & hardware, architectural finishes, specialties, fire sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC , electrical and low voltage systems.
This project required prevailing wage rate, Certified Payroll Reports will be required. All bidders must be registered with DIR, Department of Industrial Relations. Please review the specs for additional information. Bid documents are available for review at our office, or can download them at http://dlfalk.constructionvaults.com. Also, it is available at various Builder's Exchange or Planroom. It is our policy to provide assistance when possible in obtaining bonds, lines of credit or insurance.
