The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from qualified entities to perform chemical analysis to determine the concentrations of non-methane organic compounds (NMOC) and speciated NMOC in sample canisters, in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Photochemical Assessment Monitoring Stations (PAMS) guidelines.
