The Fuji Towers Project is an Occupied Rehabilitation of a six story, 140 unit apartment building in San Jose, CA.

This is subject to Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages AND Section 3 Local Hire Requirements

The project includes paving and landscape improvements, including accessibility upgrades. The Project will include window and sliding doors replacement, storefront replacement, new exterior paint, interior finish upgrades, kitchen casework upgrades, various accessibility upgrades, new doors and frames, new accessible reception desk, roofing replacement with new single ply roofing membrane and rigid insulation, stanchions for future solar panel installation, new/upgraded mechanical system, new/upgraded electrical system, new plumbing fixtures.

The work will begin late spring/early summer of 2017.
