The Work under this Project consists of the Construction of approximately 90 LF of new 12-inch force main, approximately 170 LF of 20-inch gravity main, construction of an 1840 gpm pumping station, and all associated appurtenances and all associated site work including pavement restoration and overlay. The work is to be completed within 480 calendar days from the date of the N.T.P. Substantial Completion shall occur within 450 calendar days from the N.T.P. Scopes of Work include: Site preparation, demolition, dewatering, shoring, utility services, concrete, concrete forming, concrete reinforcement, masonry, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, waterproofing, metal roofing panels, joint sealants, doors, painting, specialties, trolly and manual hoist, mechanical, electrical and controls.

As a responsible contractor, we will aggressively pursue MBE/WBE participation in excess of the minimal requirements. If you are interested in this project but discouraged by any of its requirements, please contact us. If needed, we will break down or combine elements of work into feasible units or smaller task/quantities and negotiate in Good Faith in order to facilitate MBE/WBE participation.
