You are invited to submit a proposal for the above project for the following scopes of work:

• Design-Build Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing System
• Design-Build Fuel Storage Tank and Management Systems
• Building Abatement (existing building)
• Building Demolition (existing building)

Design-Build trade partners will be an integral part of our design team assisting our Architect by providing Design Ideas and constructability review and Value Engineering options.

Bids are due 1/19/2017 at 2:00pm. Otto Construction will accept bids in the Main office prior to the day and time.
