Rocky Mountain Construction is requesting quotes from Certified and licensed DBE, SBE, and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following items, however, quotes will be accepted for all bid items. LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, TEMPORARY PAVEMENT MARKING (TAPE), PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN (LS), JOB SITE MANAGEMENT, PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM, TREATED WOOD WASTE, REMOVE GUARDRAIL, REMOVE THERMOPLASTIC PAVEMENT MARKING, ADJUST GUARDRAIL, COLD PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT, SHOULDER BACKING, ASPHALTIC EMULSION (FOG SEAL COAT), PREPAVING INERTIAL PROFILER, PREPAVING GRINDING DAY, REPLACE ASPHALT CONCRETE SURFACING, HOT MIX ASPHALT (TYPE A), DATA CORE, TACK COAT, OBJECT MARKER (TYPE L-1), ALTERNATIVE FLARED TERMINAL SYSTEM, INTERMEDIATE ANCHOR, THERMOPLASTIC PAVEMENT MARKING, THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPE (SPRAYABLE), PAVEMENT MARKER (RETROREFLECTIVE-RECESSED), and QUALITY CONTROL. RMC will be open to breaking out contract work items into economically feasible units to allow for increased DVBE/DBE participation. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license and comply with all California registration requirements. Subcontractors must have worker's compensation and insurance coverage at limits acceptable to RMC during the entire length of the prime contract and include Waiver of Subrogation to RMC on insurance policies. If we can be of assistance with providing specs, plans, obtaining bonding, insurance, materials and/or supplies or have any questions related to the referenced project, please contact our office at (541)882-8377. RMC may require subcontractors to provide 100% performance and payment bonding for their value of work. If required by RMC, we will reimburse bonding costs up to 1.5% of the total subcontract value.
