Project Details
The Project consists of:
• Installation and implementation of Site security measures and procedures
including, but not limited to, relocation of existing fencing and/or installation
of new fencing to restrict access to the Site.
• Installation and implementation of stormwater pollution prevention
measures and procedures.
• Removal and disposal/recycling of remaining site improvements, vegetation,
and miscellaneous debris/garbage.
• Removal and disposal of lead and pesticide contaminated soils.
• Rough grading of excavated and other areas of soil disturbance to minimize
fall and trip hazards.
