SCOPE OF WORK: The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled CCPW Multi-Use Center Phase 1 and is located at the west side of Jones Boulevard South between Le Baron Avenue and Pyle Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction of approximately a 52,000 square foot, single story building housing a construction laboratory, office areas, four traffic shops and warehouse; on-site roadways, parking areas for fleet, staff and visitors, traffic exterior storage yard, sidewalks and patios; masonry, chain link and no climb fencing; motor controlled gates; and covered storage and canopies. The Work also includes the relocation of equipment, indicated on the drawings, that is owned by Clark County Public Works and is located at various facilities within the County. The contractor is responsible for the unhooking of this equipment, picking it up and transporting it to the new facility, installing it in place and hooking it up if required. Care must be taken not to damage any sensitive laboratory equipment. Any damage or recalibration will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The Work takes place on a portion of a 77.5-acre site.
