Project: Illinois Ave Apartments – 38 Units, 3 Story Affordable Residential Apartment Building Slab on Grade
Location: Illinois Avenue, Beaumont, CA 92223

Walton Construction Services plans to receive bids in “Good Faith” with Section 3, Riverside or San Bernardino County, and DVBE firms for participation in the Illinois Avenue Apartments Project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3, DVBE certification. This project is a State Commercial and Davis Bacon prevailing wage job. The following trades are scheduled to bid starting September 09, 2016 and must be received by no later than September 30, 2016:
Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Siding, Masonry, HVAC, Cleanup, Insulation, Glazing, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Plaster, Drywall, Painting, Cabinets, Ceramic Tile, Carpet, Landscape.
