Koch & Koch Inc is seeking qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Palm Ave. Safe Routes to School project for the City of Auburn in Placer County. The project involves construction of an 8' wide shared-use path (sidewalk / Class I bike path) along the south side of Palm Avenue with a 4' wide landscape buffer between the roadway and the new shared-use path including retaining walls, hillside excavation, reconfiguration of existing driveways, paving on Palm Avenue, reconstruction of a PCWA raw water line and storm drain improvements. Trades needed: Trucking, concrete, aggregate, paving, plumbing supply, concrete pumping, traffic control, tree removal, tree preservation, fencing, erosion control.

Plans and specs may be emailed to you or viewed in our office. Bonding, insurance, lines of credit and any technical assistance or information related to the plans & specifications & requirements for the work will be made available to interested DBE certified suppliers, subcontractors, and truckers. Assistance with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services for this project will also be offered to interested DBE firms.
