Construction of Felicita Park Improvements Project. Work to be done consists in general of: A new Play Area that includes removal of existing playground equipment, existing rubber surfacing, concrete header, vegetation, and existing underground drainage lines, with all items to be removed to be disposed off-site. Installation of new concrete brick paving, play structures, outdoor exercise equipment, rubberized safety surfacing, concrete sub-base under rubber surfacing, play area drainage with connection to existing drain system to remain. A new Special Events Area consisting of removal of existing canvas pavilion, wood stairway, asphalt paving, concrete curbs & paving, electrical pedestals, with all items to be removed to be disposed off-site. Installation of new colored concrete paving, stone veneer benches, staircase with CMU curved wall with stone veneer including handrails and guardrail, ADA curved ramp with handrails, asphalt paving, stone/cobble work, octagonal pavilion, pre-engineered bridal changing room/restroom, underground utilities, landscaping and irrigation. License required: A or B

DBE contractors are given preferential treatment to help the owner satisfy its DBE requirement for this project.
