Atlas Development is seeking qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Bridge Preventative Maintenance Plan (Central Mountain, North County Metro, North Mountain) project in Santa Ysabel, El Cajon, & Escondido for the County of San Diego. We are soliciting quotes for the following: Concrete, asphalt, grinding, cold plane, methacrylate, polyester concrete, drainage, striping, traffic control, equipment rental, concrete supplier.

Atlas Development makes every necessary effort to assist interested DBE companies in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, supplies, materials, information, and even technical assistance and access to engineers and estimators to help all DBE entities have a fair chance at any portion of the work they are capable of performing.
