Stalco is submitting a bid to the City of Long Beach DPW for the Long Beach Police Dept. - 1st Floor Records Room Renovation and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE & WBE subcontractors to provide quotes.

There is a 15% MBE & 15% WBE requirement

The Project consists of:
Renovation of records room to include, carpentry, masonry, electric. Base Bid: GC to Provide Alternate Base Bid Pricing for all Furniture including Desks, Charis and Wall Mounted Overhead Storage including Installation and all Labor to Provide, Build and Install at allocated Locations. Storefront: All Exterior Storefront / Glazing / Entry Doors to be Level 4 Ballistic Rated (UL 752 Rated) by Total Security Systems (TSS) 935 Garden Lane, Fowlerville, MI; Color: Dark Bronze; TSS to be used as a Basis of Design "or equal" shall be allowed however Onus is on GC to Provide a "Side b Side" Comparison to Confirm the Substitution is a True Equal. Exterior: GC to Submit Shop Drawings to AOR for Approval prior to Purchasing and Fabrication. GC is Responsible for Providing and Confirming all current Wall Opening Dimensions upon Demolition of Existing Storefront.
