The foundation system shall be a slab-on-grade floor and continuous concrete footings, Concrete, MEP, Paint, Insulation, Toilet accessories, flooring, drywall, guardrails, fire alarm.
The building will house two single accommodation staff restrooms, two multi accommodation student restrooms, and a Hi-low drinking fountain.
We are looking for a 3% DVBE participation goal.
