"The project generally includes the following items of work [but are not limited to]: Furnishing and maintaining traffic control and pavement delineation throughout the period of construction; maintaining pedestrian barricades and detouring pedestrian traffic around the work area; saw cutting, demolishing and disposing of existing improvements including asphalt pavement and berm and PCC curb and gutter, median curb and gutter, driveway and field inlet; installing new storm drain inlet, trash capture inlet and tops on existing inlets; earthwork including on-site cut to fill and export of excess soil and aggregate base materials to make subgrade for all new concrete construction; trenching and installing street light bases and conduit and irrigation system sleeves and appurtenances; installing new PCC curb and gutter, median curb and gutter, sidewalk and vehicular unit pavers, traffic island, curb ramps and driveway; installing hot mix asphalt pavement replacement adjacent to new concrete work; installing street light system and street furnishings; completing irrigation system and installing plantings, trees and tree grates; lowering utilities and installing pavement base repairs and grinding and overlay fronting streets; installing traffic signs; striping and pavement markings and raising utilities to final pavement elevation."
