Ads are posted immediately after they are submitted by the customer and run from the post date until the bid date. All customers are provided with good faith effort documentation containing the email, fax, ad and/or the phone logs. Customers can access and download their bid documents from their account homepage. *Additional firms can be selected for solicitation. The cost is $75 for each subsequent block of 25 firms chosen. DBE GoodFaith Inc. will make the first
round of calls by the end of the second business day following the ad submission date.

DBE GoodFaith Inc. makes procurement and contracting with the government easier for prime bidders, certified socially and economically disadvantaged business, and awarding agencies. With our simple Web-based service:
- Prime bidders can notify certified socially and economically disadvantaged businesses of subcontracting and supplying opportunities on government contracts;
- Socially and economically disadvantaged businesses can learn about upcoming subcontracting opportunities, locate certification and business assistance services, and stay informed about procurement and contracting news and events pertinent to their demographic; and
- Awarding agencies can be assured that documentation of outreach to socially and economically disadvantaged businesses performed by prime bidders with DBE Goodfaith’s assistance is accurate. Agencies can also use our services to advertise upcoming bid opporunties for free!

1. Create a User ID and Password by registering. DBE GoodFaith Inc. NEVER charges membership or termination fees.
2. Log into your user account with the User ID and Password.
3. In the user account, input credit card information to activate the "Place Ad" link.
4. Begin your outreach effort by clicking "Place Ad".

While we invite you to do so, certified disadvantaged businesses are NOT required to register with DBE GoodFaith Inc. to access outreach advertisements or receive invitations to bid via email, fax, or phone. Our outreach lists are sourced from states' certified business enterprise databases. Essentially, we deliver bid opportunities to you.
