Who We Are DBE Goodfaith Inc. is an outreach assistance firm dedicated to providing a web-based service solution for construction and other firms seeking socially and economically disadvantaged business (DBE/DVBE/WBE/SBE/MBE/HUB) participation on government funded projects. With the help of our services, businesses can comply with the Good Faith Effort requirements of state and local government agencies disadvantaged business programs. By placing subcontracting opportunity ads on our website and directly soliciting disadvantaged business firms via email, fax, and telephone, we help take the stress of out the Good Faith Process and allows firms to concentrate on the business of providing the most competitive bids on their projects. To ensure that all disadvantaged businesses are included in our outreach procedures, we maintain an up-to-date database of all registered disadvantaged firms in California, Nevada, New York, and soon Texas. Also, in an effort to inform and educate the community on procurement, construction, and other pertinent topics, we send out electronic newsletters throughout the year. In our e-newsletter, businesses can find in-depth discussions on procedures and regulations effecting disadvantaged business programs, analysis of current events, and other valuable resources such as events listings and agency links. How to Use Our Services New User Registration To begin using our web-based services, businesses must register with DBE Goodfaith. Once registered, a personal account is created through which firms can begin the process of placing an ad. Just login with your user name and password at dbegoodfaith.com and start placing the ad! Services & Rates   BRONZE LEVEL - $30 DBE Goodfaith, Inc. will publish two online advertisements, one on a web trade journal and the other on a web focus journal, advertising your firm’s solicitation of disadvantaged firm. SILVER LEVEL - $75 In addition to publishing two online advertisements, DBE Goodfaith, Inc. will solicit up to 25 firms* of the customer’s choice via email and/or fax with the details of the project on which you are inviting them to participate. GOLD LEVEL - $125 In addition to publishing two online advertisements and soliciting 25 firms** of the customer's choice via email and/or fax, DBE Goodfaith, Inc. will contact the 25 selected firms** via the telephone (as required by many State and Local outreach programs). Two phone calls will be made to each firm - one within 48 hours of selecting the desired firms and the second at the time of your choosing, preferably at least 48 hours prior to your bid date. All customers are provided with good faith documentation containing the emails, faxes, ads and/or the phone log. The documentation is made available through the Web site and is emailed to customers so that it can be submitted with their bid.
